How to Order
Step 1 : Please download the download Brand list. Please check the minimum order amount for each brand. if orders smaller than the minimum order amount may not be ordered at wholesale prices.
Step 2 : Please download the buyer info file, Fill in your info and the name of the brand you wish to order and the order amount, and resend it to us via email info@vbkorea.kr
If you do not provide us with your basic information, we will not be able to provide you with services tailored to you
Step 3 : Based on the basic information you provide, we will send you an order list of the each brands you want to purchase. Please enter your order quantity in the order list we sent you and send it to us by email. Minimum order amount is for each brand.
Because the supply rate of each brand list may change each month, we provide a
monthly updated list. It's not a mix amount.
Step 4 : We will send you a proforma invoice according to your order with our Bank info.
Step 5 : Please remit 50% of the deposit according to the order amount.
Step 6 : After confirming the deposit, proceed with the order for each brand.
Step 7 : It takes about 10 to 14 days for order confirmation for all brand products.
Step 8 : When all ordered products are received in our warehouse, we will do a final inspection and send you a final confirmation invoice.
Step 9 : Please pay the total order amount minus the deposit amount along with the logistics fee.
Step 10 : After confirming the final payment, we send the packing list, invoice, and export license (require the documents to clear customs.) to the logistics company along with the product.
We can supply All Brands what we can supplied
but we cannot issue CPNP, certificate of authenticity, or other documents.
The documents we can issue are the certificate of origin issued by the Chamber of Commerce and MSDS only. Other documents are not accepted.
If you request these documents after ordering, your order cannot be canceled.
We can only provide all requested documents for the above 4 brands
for which we have exclusive rights.
